Stages of Post-Fire Restoration
The work follows a fixed sequence: the property is inspected, hazardous gases are vented, salvageable belongings are sorted from what must be discarded, debris is removed, all surfaces are treated with specialized agents, and finally the air is cleaned. Only after this full cycle is the property handed back to the owner and cleared for repair work to begin.
Ordinary household cleaners cannot remove combustion residue. The job requires specialized agents formulated for fire cleanup. The right product depends on what was burning — properties with more plastic and synthetic materials leave different deposits than those with wood and metal, so the cleaning approach must match.
